HKAA-professional custom CNC machining parts manufacturer with quality CNC machining centers
Universal joints allow drive shafts to move up and down with the suspension while the shaft is moving so power can be transmitted when the drive shaft isn’t in a straight line between the transmission and drive wheels. Rear-wheel-drive vehicles have universal joints (or U-joints) at both ends of the drive shaft. U-joints connect to yokes that also allow drive shafts to move fore and aft as vehicles go over bumps or dips in the road, which effectively shortens or lengthens the shaft. Front-drive vehicles also use two joints, called constant velocity (or CV) joints, but they are a different kind that also compensate for steering changes.
This universal joint from HKAA connects two rotating parts to a prime mover for torque transmission. This one is a needle roller version, so it's equipped with roller bearings that reduce friction in high-speed applications, such as rotating manufacturing equipment.

High Hardness And Good Toughness
Working angle can reach 35/45 degrees
It can be used flexibly with various systems. Easy to disassemble and assemble, and can be assembled repeatedly.
Using high-quality needle roller bearings, small clearance, low noise.
This part is made of carbon steel, which has good shock resistance and is extremely strong. This means it's well-suited for repeated use and requires no maintenance. You don't have to worry about greasing it either, as the lubrication in the bearings lasts for the lifetime of the joint.
This product is also rigorously tested by engineers for quality. A universal joint, such as this one, is often used as a connector in production machinery or as part of a drive shaft.
