① We provides professional cutsom CNC machining services. If the customer has drawings (NDA agreement can be signed), including dimensions, materials, and special requirements, then we can make samples according to the drawings (mold, die-casting, aluminum extrusion, full machine processing).

② If the customer does not have drawings but has samples, the samples need to be sent to our engineers, then we measure the size, material, and make drawings for the customer to confirm, and then we make samples according to the drawings.

③ After the sample production is completed, our engineers will measure the size of the sample and test the hardness, etc. to ensure that the sample is of good quality. Then we send the samples to customers for testing.

The production process is as follows:

Raw material testing → Programming → Machine adjustment → Production and processing → First article inspection → Sampling inspection → Burr treatment → 100% visual inspection → IPQC → Cleaning or Grinding → Post-curing → FQC → Packing

⑤ After mass production and FQC, we pack the quality products in plastic bags and then into cartons. Carton size is usually based on product size. If there are many cartons, we will put the cartons on pallets. Of course, if you need customized packaging, we can also make it, but it will cost more money.

⑥ Then we will ship our small quantity of goods, usually by express, such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS or air freight. If the quantity is large, it is usually shipped by sea or land. (CNC machining accessories)
