CNC machining of brass gear parts
1. Material: H62 brass, hardness 80-90HB.
2. Machining equipment: CNC lathe + gear machining center, positioning accuracy ±0.005mm.
3. Process: Rough turning of outer diameter → Precision milling of gear teeth → Drilling and tapping → Deburring → Cleaning.
4. Parameters: Cutting speed 120-150 m/min, feed rate 0.1-0.15 mm/r, ensuring tooth surface roughness Ra 1.6.
5. Inspection: Coordinate measuring machine inspection for tooth pitch error ≤ 0.01 mm, tooth direction error ≤ 0.008 mm.
6. Delivery: Rust-proof treatment followed by sealed packaging.
