HKAA-professional custom CNC machining parts manufacturer with quality CNC machining centers
HKAA machines custom metal components for lighting assemblies from customer drawings. Specify the part geometry together with its visible surfaces, threaded connections and assembly interfaces. This helps distinguish decorative requirements from the dimensions that control fit.
For rod-shaped parts with defined end connections, see our custom lamp support rods and specify the rod length, diameter and thread requirements.
A decorative outside profile and an internal connection may need different tolerances. Identify the critical interfaces so the quotation reflects both appearance and assembly requirements.
State the metal grade, material condition and required finish. A color description alone does not define the finishing process. If parts require polishing, brushing, blasting, anodizing, plating or another treatment, include the relevant specification and an agreed visual sample where appropriate.
Identify surfaces that must remain free of treatment, including threads, close fits and designated contact areas. When matching several components, state which surfaces must be compared together and how the appearance should be assessed.
Provide dimensions for wall thickness, recesses, slots and internal corners. Deep or narrow features and hidden surfaces should be reviewed for tool access. Include the mating part or an assembly drawing when the connection cannot be understood from the individual component model.
Explore our CNC milling services for accessible pockets and mounting features, and CNC turning services for cylindrical parts. For an aluminum version, see our custom aluminum machining information.
Separate dimensional acceptance criteria from appearance criteria. Identify the features requiring measurement records, and define any agreed cosmetic reference or inspection condition. Include requirements for protection between finished parts during handling and shipment.
These are machined component services. If the project also requires an assembled lighting product, electrical testing or product-level certification, state that scope explicitly for review rather than assuming it is included with the metal component.
An image helps communicate style but does not establish dimensions or fits. Provide a dimensioned drawing or model and identify the mating interfaces for a manufacturing quotation.
Define the treatment, visible faces and an agreed reference sample or appearance specification. Identify components that must be assessed together.
The quoted scope must state which metal parts, finishing, purchased components, assembly and testing are included.
